Join us for a chocolate spirits pairing!

We’ve collaborated with our good friend, Becki Tyner, the Chocolate Architect to match our Diamond Springs Vodka and Engine 49 Straight Bourbon Whiskey to six chocolates for each spirit. You’ll be able to sip, taste, sip your way through and see how how the chocolate transform the taste of the spirit from start to finish. You may find yourself picking up a whole host of new flavors that change the drinking experience entirely.

For the best experience, spirits will be tasted in our custom engraved Glencairn glasses which will then be available for guests to take home. Along with the tasting glass, you’ll bring 3 of the chocolates from each tray along with 2 secret bonus flavors!

Please note that California law stipulates: Tastings of distilled spirits shall not exceed 0.25 oz and shall be limited to no more than six (6) tastes per individual per day. A valid I.D. is required upon check-in for all guests participating in the tasting. Unfortunately, we cannot permit anyone under the age of 21 on our tours nor in the facility. No pets are permitted on the premises. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
