Gin Workshop | Build-A-Bottle
People think gin is intense, but they often confuse gin with the taste of juniper. You see, “gin people” are mistakenly broad stroked for juniper fans. But maybe nobody has told you the best kept secret of gin: in some of it, the Juniper is so subtle and so beautifully mixed, that you wouldn’t even know it was gin.
In this workshop, our distillery team will take you through the history of gin and distilling, exploring both traditional and contemporary gin profiles before assisting you with your very own gin blends.
You'll then use this new knowledge to create your own gin, by choosing botanicals to create your very own unique blend.
Taking our best-selling Engine 49 as your base spirit, select from more than 20 quality botanicals to craft a gin unique to your taste and designed for your palette. Hand label your bottle, before taking them home to show off to your friends.
Each class lasts approximately 2 hours with each participant receiving a 1x750ml bottle of bespoke gin and 10% off purchases at our bottle-shop*.
